CUSTOM  SADDLES

Sorry, I do not take custom saddle orders since my retirement.  I do, however, build a few special saddles each year just for fun.  Check back with this site for future saddle projects. 

Handmade from the finest oak tanned American leather, a Pleasant Valley saddle is a pleasure to ride and a joy to own.  The basis of each saddle is the "Pleasant Valley Saddle Shop Ergonomic Fit", a style of ground seat widely acclaimed for its comfort and durability.  The trees are hand carved and covered in heavy rawhide.   Extra-strong bronze rigging plates are always installed for security and horns are wrapped in the finest latigo for durability and lasting beauty.  Created with the craftsmanship of long experience and great pride.
